Authors requiring an invitation letter for their Visa application, must send an email to antitza@msu.edu with a cc to rossarun@msu.edu. The following information must be clearly provided in the email:
1. Your Full Name
2. Name of Your Organization/Institution
3. Your Country
4. Paper Title
5. Paper Number

It is important that you apply for the visa in a timely manner in order to ensure that you can attend and present your paper at BTAS 2013. We look forward to welcoming you at the conference!
